If this is your first renewal after obtaining your broker license, you are required to complete the 45-Hour Broker Post-Licensing Course Package in lieu of continuing education. This package consists of the three courses below and is completed via online instruction and webinars, which can be completed on your schedule. 

If you have renewed your broker licensing previously, then you must complete 12 hours of continuing education (CE) prior to April 30, 2024 in order to renew your license. Our CE package includes the courses below, which satisfies the state’s requirements. The courses are taught through online webinars and can be taken on your schedule.
